We couldn't be more excited to welcome Charlie to the CJTB teaching team.  Charlie started studying with Stephen when he was 6 years old and is now graduating to become our newest guitar and bass teacher!  In fact, Stephen started Come Join the Band because Charlie and his best friend Henry (who has since gone on to start and play bass in the band Laundry Day!) were playing so well, that they needed a place to jam.

Ever since that first lesson, Charlie was a natural superstar guitar player.  At the age of 8 years old, Charlie stepped on stage with Stephen and members of the Dirty Sock Funtime Band and played Stairway to Heaven, including the guitar solo note for note!  There was not a dry eye in the house.

Charlie and Henry still study with Stephen and Charlie is now the most sought after bass player at SUNY Purchase and he is beginning to teach for CJTB.  Charlie is just the greatest and we hope you get a chance to study with him!!!
